Nicholas Cobb (TME CdB)

Founding CEC in 2012, Nic has advised a number of leading energy, security, fintech, HNI/funds, political and oil gas stakeholders across the world. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Nic is able to help advise you on all elements of your strategic communications strategy and facilitate connections at the highest levels. Nic is also the chair to a number of industry events and a frequent media contributor - speaking on a range of topics including: energy, business, politics and the Former Soviet Union.​ Nic is also a volunteer crew member with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) - the UK's volunteer based saving lives at sea charity.

In 2024 Nic was made a Knight Commander of the Order des Belges (TME CdB) for humanitarian services.
Norman Leach
Partner - Business Consulting & The Americas
Norman Leach has had over 30 years experience in international trade and strategic studies with a diverse business background including agriculture, government, non-profit, health care, security and training and education. Norman established the Province of Alberta’s Trade Office in Mexico City and has won awards for his work in export development.​ A well known military historian Norman has 12 books published and has been featured on the Canadian best-seller list and is the historian for the South Alberta Light Horse Regimental Association. For his work with charities Norman has received the Canada 125 Medal, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal and the Alberta Centennial medal.
Leo Tee

Based in Shanghai, Leo Tee, is a qualified accountant, financial advisor and insurance broker. He was educated and worked in the UK for a number of years. In 2000 he founded Phoenix International Investments an asset management firm based in Shanghai with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Leo has over 20 years of experience handling wealth management for HNWIs globally.
Gabriel Ndulue

Nominated into the Institute of Business development of Nigeria, Ndulue Gabriel is an astute businessman and project manager. He has extensive first-hand experience of doing business in Africa. With a degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Ndulue has enjoyed a successful career spanning well over 10 years in the: Energy, Finance, Agriculture and ICT sectors. Ndulue has a well developed network and engages in contract ventures with governing bodies in major cities across Nigeria. Through his career Ndulue has sat on the boards of: Maximum Replace Nig Ltd and Frontier Resource Energy Nig ltd.
Mirjam Zwingli

Mirjam Katharina Zwingli has an MA in Intercultural Business Communication and a BA in Translation Science. She is a networker for high ranking European business and political circles. Bringing together European experts with a common goal and analysing possible synergies is her speciality. Mirjam has also spoken at the European Parliament and has undertaken a number of election monitoring missions. Mirjam is also a Swiss expatriate in Germany. Moreover she is working on her doctoral thesis for a Ph.D. in Communication Science and Media Research.

Michael Wynne-Parker is a globally well-known figure who has been Chairman of Introcom International for more than 40 years. A specialist in association management, Michael has been working alongside influential personalities, enhancing their lives through multiple PR and branding-related services. Michael's influential international contacts including Heads of State, Government Ministers, Governors of Central Banks and other prominent personalities in over twenty countries. Michael has written 7 books all of which found homes in the most established libraries throughout the world.
Dr Heinz Peter Platzer
Strategic Adviser to the Board
Magister rer.soc.oec. Dr.h.c. Heinz Peter Platzer, Hon.Prof. (P.I.C.A.) is a seasoned economist, businessman and industry expert. He is the Secretary General of EUREKA Brussels as well as the Co-Founder of the third School of Austrian MacroEconomics and three times official Nobel Prize Nominee for Economic Sciences (2022/23/24). Heinz is also the Ambassador at Large of the IHRC (International Human Right Commission - Switzerland), Member of the Supervisory Board of the African Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Heinz is also the father of four children and has published some 24 books in the field of MacroEconomics, History and Arts. He is an avid art collector, chess player and is married with a Jewish wife from Odessa.
